Once our courier company NACEX proceeds to send you the order, an SMS with the order reference will automatically be sent to the mobile phone number you have provided. To check the tracking of your order, you will only have to click on the link that appears in the SMS. For the rest of the EU countries, we work with different courier companies such as UPS or GLS.

If the jewel is within the one-year warranty and as we indicate in our shipping and returns section, MIMÓKOKÓ is responsible for the workshop costs and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs (€12 in total, for collection and shipping of the jewel). In this case, MIMÍKOKÓ would send a courier from our transport company (NACEX) to the customer's home for collection and subsequent shipment.

In the event of any defect, it is guaranteed for a period of one year.
All MIMÍKOKÓ jewelry is made of First Law gold of 750 thousandths (18 carats) and 375 thousandths (9 carats). In addition, each jewel is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity issued by us, Alejandro and Alberto, owners of MIMÍKOKÓ and certified gemologists. And, for diamond jewelry, another certificate is attached that certifies its cut, carat, color and purity.
